We can not release any confidential and private data of a subscriber unless a bonafide request from the subscriber is received providing a specific reason for such request.

We store all your personal information on secure servers according to your consent. eSign.Network maintains the confidentiality of information provided by the Subscriber in the application form for issuance, renewal, revocation, or suspension of eSign. All information including transactions and data in transit, generated during the use of eSign is maintained confidentially. We take every precautionary measure to protect your necessary information from unauthorized access, cyber threats, and forgery.

UIDAI Consent and Regulation

eSign.Network ensures compliance with the Rules, Regulations, and Guidelines issued by UIDAI, CCA, and all other applicable regulators concerning the company's diverse operations, in addition to adherence to the Information Technology (Reasonable security practices and procedures and sensitive personal data or information) Rules and the Information Technology Act, 2000 (amended in 2008), 2011, where relevant.

Your Aadhaar number and OTP/biometrics are solely utilized for the purposes outlined in the consent obtained from you and are not retained within our system in contravention of the Rules, Regulations, and Guidelines stipulated by UIDAI.

Log data is stored per the Rules, Regulations, and Guidelines prescribed by UIDAI, CCA, and other relevant regulators, as may be applicable from time to time. Under no circumstances will we share any log data with third parties unless mandated by a statutory authority and/or directed by a competent judicial/administrative body.
